Overview
Develop practical experience in using AI, Data Analytics and Cybersecurity within Modern Methods of Construction.
You will learn how to utilise these tools to improve productivity, decision-making, quality, safety and digital security—helping you remain relevant as construction and off-site manufacturing become increasingly technology-enabled.

This programme is delivered through LOETB’s National Construction Training Campus, Mount Lucas, in partnership with Microsoft and Innopharma Education.
As Ireland’s National Construction Training Campus, Mount Lucas plays an important role in advancing innovation across the construction sector, supporting the development and adoption of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to enhance productivity, efficiency and sustainability.
Course Content
PRACTICAL AI FOR MMC AND CONSTRUCTION: Using generative AI safely and effectively for construction-related activities such as document review, reporting, procurement, planning, quality, safety and sustainability.
DATA ANALYTICS FOR MMC DECISION-MAKING: Helping participants understand and use data from design, manufacturing, logistics and site operations to support better decisions relating to productivity, quality, defects, cost, safety, scheduling and carbon performance.
CYBERSECURITY FOR CONNECTED CONSTRUCTION: Developing awareness of cyber risks across connected construction environments, including phishing, credential theft, payment diversion, ransomware, BIM and common data environments, connected equipment and supply chains.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION WORKSHOP: A hands-on workshop in which participants will apply AI, data analytics and cybersecurity concepts to a realistic MMC or construction challenge and develop a practical workplace action plan or proof of concept.
