Then this is an excellent opportunity for you. At Innopharma Education we’re now enrolling for free Springboard+ courses for both Clonmel and Waterford all of which are commencing in September. Course length is relatively short – ranging from six to eight months, depending on the course you choose.
The beauty of these courses is that they’re free of charge for those who are currently unemployed and aiming to get back into the job market as quickly as possible.
With so many recent employment opportunities in the pharmaceutical, medical device (Medtech) and food industries in both regions – now is the time to upskill in order to secure employment.

In Clonmel, places are now available for the Certificate in Food Science and Technology, Level 6 as well as the Higher Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Level 8.
In Waterford we’re offering students the chance to study Level 8 Certificate (SPA) Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturing, also completely free of charge.

All courses on offer are accredited by ITT Dublin.  Lecturers have significant industry experience, which gives students a very practical and industry-focused qualification – allowing you to readily transition into jobs.

Extensive support for all students

With all courses, online learning and support will be provided to students, which means that participants who are unable to attend a particular module can obtain the information online.

At Innopharma we pride ourselves in the level of support we give our students.  We understand that for some it may be quite some time since you studied.   Rest assured you’ll have plenty of support in an open and friendly atmosphere. Extensive coaching and mentorship workshops will also be provided throughout with a specific focus on individual assessment and improvement.

For those of you who succeed in getting a job while on any of the courses, you can still avail of the online option to complete the lectures and sit the final exams.

Results speak for themselves

Over 70% of our students find employment within six months of post course completion.  Many of our students when we ask them about how they find the courses testify about how their time with Innopharma College of Applied Sciences has transformed their lives and been of huge benefit to them when looking for work.  Here is a flavour of some of the feedback we have received:
Kevin Egan describes the experience as ‘life-changing’.
“I spent two years looking for work and only got my current role once I had commenced the course and utilised the skills I obtained and the job-seeking tools I learned,” he says.   “The course provides a broad skill-set with various modules and disciplines and helped to improve my self-awareness in relation to the skills I had to offer and what I needed to do in order to find gainful employment.”
Jennifer Black says it helped her to network, which ultimately led to a fulltime position.
“I really enjoyed the course and for me, it really bridged the gap since I graduated,” she comments. “The CV, interview and networking skills and general advice throughout the course was also of huge benefit to me.  I definitely feel that networking is probably the best course of action for finding employment at the moment,” she adds.
